 As the founder of Elan Homes, LLC, Zach Fisher is both diligent in his home building and committed to the profession. He founded the home-building organization in 2021 after ten years of serving as the operations manager with his own large and well-respected restoration firm in Charlotte, NC. With 18 years of experience, whether building new homes or renovating damaged homes, he always has the homeowner’s interest in mind first. 

The dream has always been to build homes in Coastal North Carolina, and when the opportunity presented itself, Zach grasped it.  With the faith that has sustained him throughout the years and a work ethic that helped him create successful companies, Zach moved his family to Oak Island. Elan Homes became a fulfilled dream, providing quality homes to many happy families under the watchful and hands-on approach of Zach. His belief is quite simple, give people what they deserve: quality, honesty, and communication. It is this approach that he hopes to provide many more customers as they pursue their coastal dream home. 

The Fishers' dream has always been to live on the coast in North Carolina and build beautiful homes. We have been blessed to serve our customers and make their coastal dream a reality. I am proud of our designs and offering the highest quality craftsmanship.
